There are several ways you can support the museum.

Prince Henry Hospital Museum is administered by Prince Henry trained Nurses Association (PHHTNA), a not-for-profit organisation run by volunteers. If you would like to provide some financial support to the museum you can donate to the organisation (donations over $2 are tax deductible) or sponsor an artifact or activity. Funds raised go towards maintenance of the museum, the collection and exhibitions, research projects and acquisition of suitable items for the collection.

You can donate in a variety of ways:

  • Over the phone: please call our Secretary Carol Parker on 0416 235 380 OR email Carol to arrange a callback.
  • By cheque: please send cheques to: The Secretary, PHHTNA Inc, 2 Brodie Ave, Little Bay, NSW 2036
  • If you wish to leave a donation in your will, please email PHHTNA President Leonie Dunn to arrange a call back.

If you would like to discuss a sponsorship opportunity, please email either PHHTNA Secretary, Carol Parker, or PHHTNA President Leone Dunn to discuss options.

PHHTNA is a volunteer organisation largely made up of nurses and retired nurses who had trained at Prince Henry Hospital. As time passes the organisation has opened up an associate membership to those with a more distant connection or an interest in the history of the hospital. The museum is always seeking interested volunteers to help maintain the collection and support the operations of the museum. If you would like to find out more about volunteering opportunities please email Volunteer Coordination Anne Thompson, our .

There is a small shop at the museum that sells handmade arts and crafts and non-perishable food items such as preserves. PHHTNA invites anyone who would like to provide handmade goods to this shop to do so. If you are interested in supplying something for The Little Shop please email Volunteer Coordination Anne Thompson.

Do you have an item you would like to donate our collection? The Prince Henry Hospital Museum collects artefacts and ephemera related to the history of the hospital in particular, and to medicine and nursing in general. If you have something you are considering donating please email Museum Coordinator Adrienne Pearson.
